A lightning fast, efficient 2D bitmap blitting engine for future games. Completely developed in-house, it utilizes the powerful Flash BitmapData class with copyPixels to provide extreme display performance with huge amounts of sprites on screen. It also allows for a variety of postprocessing effects, like dynamic per-object lighting, shadows, and motion blur. It's a great excuse for me to make a fancy icon too. Origami Hydralisk 8/26/10

I have been optimizing my origami Hydralisk throughout the past week. It uses a slightly modified crane base to allow for extra details like the head section. Not that it really matters. Click here to see the full gallery, which also features my sub-par photography.
